Eligibility	Open to startups, idea-stage ventures, seed prototypes and early revenue enterprises.
Submission	Pitches are submitted digitally through the StarFund integrated portal.
Compliance	Successful applicants are required to complete SAEPRIS compliance verification.
Funding	StarFund does not provide loans. Support is via grants, equity, acquisitions or partnerships.
Legal	Agreements are concluded directly between funders and beneficiaries, SAEPRIS provides oversight.
